ARK’s Grabber® Original Oral Motor Chew Tool

The ARK Grabber is the original motor chew tool. Its P shaped design makes it easy to hold and great for those that chew on their back molars.  Ideally for young children or those with low muscle tone

It’s a safe alternative to chewing on hands, shirts, pencils and just about anything else that gets chewed! It’s great for working on oral motor skills, by practising biting/chewing skills without the risk of choking, build jaw strength and stability and exercise the mouth muscles. It also helps with tooth grinding and satisfying the urge to chew for individuals who are fed through a g tube.

Chew tools come in three toughness levels;

• Soft/ Standard – Great for mild chewing, people with low oral tone or with limited jaw strength or learning to bite. These are the softest available and the most give to them
• XT/ Medium-firm – These are firm but still fairly chewy and recommended for moderate chewers or individuals working on building jaw strength
• XXT/ Very firm – These are the most firm and provide the most resistance for the jaw. These are tough (but not totally indestructible as no tool is) and the longest lasting chew
