How long will delivery take?
Delivery normally takes around 5 days after dispatch for standard shipping. If you need your items sooner, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
If I’ve not received my order, what should I do?
If 5 days after your dispatch notice, you have not received your order, then please contact us immediately so we can track your item.
Please note that proof of postage is obtained for all items. If an item does get lost then the Royal Mail advise that a period of time must pass before this item if officially lost. Once this time has past a replacement item will be sent to you. In no circumstances will a refund be issued for lost post.
Can I return my order?
We want all our customers to be happy with their purchase and we work hard to ensure they are of the highest quality and delivered on time.
If for whatever reason you change your mind, you have 14 days after your item arrives to request a refund by emailing [email protected] The customer is responsible for all postage costs for a return and we recommend any items returned to us are sent using “signed for” post to be sure it arrives with us! Postage costs will not be refunded.
Please keep the receipt as it’s the senders responsibility until we have received the item.
